Freedom From Smoking Clinic Registration

Register for our Freedom From Smoking Clinic, a seven week stop smoking program.

Sessions, facilitated by the American Lung Association, are scheduled throughout the year on Thursday evenings from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Cost for program participation is $25.00 and classes are limited to 20 participants.
