In fact, our Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores consistently give high marks to our care-giving staff in the areas of medical expertise and attention to patients. Our nurses' scores are generally our very best results. Surveys tell us our patients are also pleased with our physicians, including the amount of time doctors spend with them, the way they address their concerns and the skill and friendliness of our medical staff.

Special Touch Services
Waterbury Hospital recognizes that exemplary care extends beyond meeting a patient's physical needs. Whether to offer Communion or provide comfort, a dedicated pastoral care team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the spiritual well-being of our patients and their families. Additionally, patient representatives visit patients daily to ensure that all needs, large and small, are being met.
