After experiencing an advanced cardiac procedure, it may be beneficial for you to attend the Heart Center of Greater Waterbury's monthly support group.

Sharing your questions and concerns in a supportive environment can be a vital part of your recovery and assist with your ability to cope with your heart disease.

Sandra Micalizzi, APRN, CDE, the Heart Center's community outreach nurse holds monthly meetings for cardiac patients to share their experiences and gain the knowledge they need to live a health lifestyle.

Attendance is free and open to the public. Meetings are usually scheduled on the first Monday of the month. View community events calendar for schedule and meeting location.
